The reception team (three people) is very kind and supportive. Still water is always available at the reception desk. There is also a designated area in the lobby for business calls, equipped with power outlets.

We were a group of 3 people sharing the room, but the rooms were really spacious and accommodated us comfortably. There were a few things like bath towels and bottles that were not stocked up for 3 people, but the room service was really quick to provide us with them. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The washrooms had heated flooring which really adds up to the comfort. Finally the location is really great and is really approachable from the major attractions in the city. The breakfast was extremely well balanced and had a lot of options including breads, desserts and beverages from the local cuisine, so you can eat as per your tastes and also try a bit of local cuisine while at it. All in all a wonderful experience!

We were given an upgrade which was not expected. The location is excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff are very good, always willing to help, and speak excellent English which is always helpful. We always stay at this hotel when visiting Astana so that speaks for itself.

I had a great stay in Astana! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its comfortable accommodations. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met. - convenient location next to Nurzhol Boulevard - quite spacious double room; console table and a computer chair make a nice work station - comfy beds with 2 types of pillows - good breakfast - helpful staff - quite expedient room service

Hotel is clean, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely come bqck again. Breakfast is amazing because its a great start to your day if you are out and about. Astana and its people are wonderful and very friendly...

Comfortable and cozy rooms. Thank you for the upgrade. That was unexpected and really needed as we were travelling with a child. The location is great, close to all the parts of the city.

The reception staff were very helpful at explaining to me the different options for early check-in, just about an hour difference saved me from paying 100% of a daily rate on top instead of 50%. The bed was really comfy and I was lucky to have a shower cabin - it wasn't perfect but better than a bathtub that other rooms have.
